NatureConnect NW fosters and empowers kinship with Earth and all her creatures.

Nature is our teacher, our guide, and our inspiration.

Deep in our brain structure and cellular memory there is an ancestral indigenous Self whose nature is to deeply connect and belong intimately to the land. This connection is the heart of our work at NatureConnect NW.

We offer opportunities to reconnect and foster kinship with Nature in many ways and places through the seasons. We wander each landscape waiting expectantly for its teachings. We learn from other-than-human beings – stones, cedars, and antelope. We study watersheds and spider webs. We offer gratitude to ancestors and oceans.

We are shaping a world in which we live in harmony with the web of life. We do it for us now, and for future generations. We invite you to join us.

I learned how to honor time and slow it down - a great gift in this hurried world. Thank you for creating a luscious, deeply moving experience of the darkness and how it teaches and benefits us by calling us to grow.

“Going in by going out” allowed me to notice both self-sabotage and growing self-awareness. I’m so grateful that you - doing what is right for you - is bringing so much richness into my life.
