This year our autumn excursion to the coast takes place on Washington's beautiful Long Beach Peninsula. We will traverse the peninsula from the quiet mystery of Willapa Bay & Oysterville through wetlands, forest and dunes - to the Pacific Ocean, engaging the elements, creatures, and magic that we encounter.
Shorebirds will be arriving at their wintering grounds. It will be cranberry harvest. And the peninsula will be hosting the One Sky, One World kite festival.
Our home base is at Eagle's Nest Resort in Ilwaco, WA. Both camping and cabin lodging are available. Register early, as limited space is available and our registration deadline is September 23rd.
Registration Rates include your choice of camping or cabin, plus program and meals.
