St. Cloud Meditative Walk in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area
In the tradition of walking meditations, this early morning mindful saunter will be a time of quiet, personal reflection, slow movement and opening of all the senses to the nature we will meet there.
Arrive about 7 am to gather at 7:30 am at the picnic tables out towards the river to meet NatureConnect NW founder and Friends of the Gorge hike leader Judy Todd for introductions and instructions before setting out on your walk. We will end by 9:00 am after any sharing and exchanges. Bring a journal, water and a sit upon. No pets or young children please.
Plan to arrive on time. It is approximately 30 miles and 45 minutes from Portland. Want to ride share?There is a 6:30 am Meet Up at Gateway Park & Ride. Plan to contribute $5-7 to your driver.
